Welcome to EEGo. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and our transportation services, including airport transfers and private day tours in Malaysia.

1. General

By booking a service with EEGo (Edaran Era Sdn. Bhd., License No. 136279), you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings must be made in advance through our official platforms.

• Confirmation will be issued upon successful payment.

• Full payment is required to secure your reservation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Pricing

• All prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).

• Pricing is transparent with no hidden fees.

• EEGo reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled trip.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled departure.

• If EEGo cancels a service, a full refund will be provided.

5. Responsibilities & Conduct

• EEGo ensures vehicles are roadworthy, insured, and operated by licensed drivers.

• Customers must behave respectfully toward drivers and property.

• EEGo reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a safety or disruption risk.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• EEGo is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

• EEGo is not responsible for loss of personal belongings during the service.

• Customers are advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be handled by Malaysian courts.
